Ok today we have an agent coming to value our home.
This estate agent is based in Eccleshall so hopefully will attract people from a different county.
I so wish our home was one of those featured in this magazine
I have how ever ensured that the kitchen is decluttered and clean
The beds made
Bathroom smelling fresh
Even have a lovely candle lit in the downstairs bathroom. And this room has been tidied, cleaned and decluttered .
It does not get used by anyone except me, as it is also wher the newly emptied cat litter tray lives .
Now just hope that the selling process can begin. Ok off to view a rental property .
