Lights, Camera, Action.......R

OK here we are on round eight of alphabet Thursday Letter R . Now for those that have followed me this round will know that I am looking at films. Now mostly I will have watched and given you my thoughts. There may be the odd one or two that I know nothing about it in which case i use good old Google , IMBD or Wiki .

This week

This week I have decided that my favourite on this list is ..........

The richest kid in the world, Richie Rich, has everything he wants, except companionship. While representing his father at a factory opening, he sees some kids playing baseball across the street. Richie wants to join in, but they don't want him around. When a plot to kill the Rich family is devised by Rich Industries' top executive, Laurence Van Dough, Richie must take over control of the company while searching for his lost parents with the help of some new friends.

So there you have it my selection for this week. I hope you have a good week. I am now off to see Miss Jenny in Class just polishing my apple.

For Miss Jenny

Rocky Mountain Woman

hmmmm, I've seen all of those.

I may have a problem...

Karen S.

Oh gosh, I saw this years ago, good little movie. Funny last night we just watched another oldie but good, Stuart Little!

Hi sweetie.

I got up for a little while and came to read some "R"s.

I was just telling Mr. Jenny I wanted to see the Rocky series.

It made me smile you had it listed here!

Thanks for the smile and for linkingfor the letter R.

Hugs and A++++

Wandering Wren

Hello gorgeous Teachers pet - love your apple for Miss Jenny!
As usual I'm a useless commentator for your film review, as yet again it's a new movie for me. Note to self must get out more....!!! And OMG did they really make that many Rocky films?!
Wren xx

I've seen them all. Obviously I watch too many movies. Richie Rich was a fun one.

Richie Roch was fun, but Indy has my heart with Raiders of the Lost Ark. I have seen that movie too many times, and will probably watch it too many more... lol

Sarah ~ Magnolias Attic

How funny -- I never thought of all of Sly Stalone's movies being either Rambo or Rocky and a number.... but then he's always been a man of few words :D
Although I've never seen the Richie Rich movie, I remember reading the comic books as a kid!!

My favorite on your list is Rainman. I haven't yet seen Richie Rich.

Wasn't able to add a comment last time for your Q post - couldn't find it! :-(

Love Rainman too!

I thought Rain Man was such a good movie. I'll have to look for it now. I haven't seen it for a long time.

Oh goodness, I have seen these movies! In fact, first date I had with my hubby when we were young and silly was Rocky. Great R list! Thank you for sharing! Have a great week!
